There was a post earlier this week stating IOC had been up only 4 times since mid-September.
Now, we've closed up twice in the last three days even though the pps is lower. So remember...
Two out of three ain't bad-Meatloaf.

As of the beginning of this week, it had been up 4 days since the middle of November. That must have been what they said or meant.

My 'keen' analytical mind sees a pattern ! We have had only 1 up week (up 27 cents from Oct 31st to Nov 5th) - other than that the stock has been relentlessly crushed. We may never know who engineered this spike and smack-down, but, you cannot convince me that this is normal market "price discovery" !!! So, you can call it anything you want (manipulation!?!), but, someone with more money than you or I wanted the price of this stock to be down in the doldrums during this critical negotiating time frame. Just sayin'.....

Good post. This does seem awfully weird given that all of the largest shareholders are maintaining their positions. Could there be some form of hidden overseas market inflicting this damage with cloaked naked selling? There is an oxymoron for you.
I saw US2U002 over at the IV board is pushing Painted Pony as an IOC equivalent. 6T of shale gas and hoping its neighbor Progress gets bought by Pertronas and is allowed to build an LNG plant by Ottawa so Pony can get fracking.
There is an interesting similarity though. Pertronas has started on the design. 3.8 MTPA. Is that getting to be a popular number these days for some reason?
