CC or no CC in Feb? - Tree - 02-01-2013 I would normally pick Monday 2/18 after close for Q4 earnings release with a pre market CC the next morning, 2/19. Would welcome a Feb. CC but with the liklihood of early March fanfare, they may wait if that's legal. Anyone have a clue as to Q4 CC timing? The lips are tight.

For this year Yazoo say it will be on March 18th. RE: CC or no CC in Feb? - Tree - 02-01-2013

RE: CC or no CC in Feb? - Getitrt2 - 02-01-2013 Tree, it's only for the first three quarters they have the quarterly report and cc within 45 days (SEC requirement). The SEC requirement for filing for year end is 90 days, and IOC has always done that filing and cc in March. Yazoo's date of March 18 is probably an estimate at this point. RE: CC or no CC in Feb? - sfiaes - 02-01-2013 John Fredriksen Now there is a guy who knows how to "git ur done". Phil could learn a thing or two about doing deals from that old Viking. RE: CC or no CC in Feb? - Gator - 02-01-2013 As IOC is a Canadian company, they have till March 31 to file the year end results and update the resource estimates. They have typically filed the middle of March; however I was told their “goal” this year is the first week of March. RE: CC or no CC in Feb? - Petrovale - 02-01-2013 Gator, self imposed goals don't count, do they? |
