What does it cost per Mcf to produce - Optionray - 02-20-2013

When you look at the cost of the plant, and assuming full capacity, what does it cost per Mcf to produce?  Just trying to gauge the estimated profit per Mcf, then compare it to the going rate of 21+ per mcf.   Also, one other thought, how long can these 21+ contracts be locked out into the future.  For instance, can you sell some contracts now for something that will be produced in 4 years?

3.9 mtpa plant. $0.60/mcf annual operating expense
7.8 mtpa (2 trains). $0.43/mcf annual opex.

This is the opex provided by IOC during the PNG field trips back in Q3/4 2012.
