Adam Strikes Again - Shorts Grasping - CesiumFormate - 04-09-2013

As usual Adam Gefvert asks questions that he knows IOC can not answer for strategic or confidentiality reasons.  I also find it interesting that I believe I can find a strong correlation between a demand for loaning shares from Schwab with the timing of these articles.  At his point I believe the shorts are looking for options to sell short and buy long calls to cover their positions.  This is just another attempt to panic weak longs into parting with their shares to help the shorts to cover their position.

Strong HOLD!

Adam is an idiot.  I can't understand how the SEC doesn't shut him and Seeking Alpha down.  In the past he's tweeted about an upcoming negative article days before it was released.  What's hilarious is that he wants a job in the invetment industry but is certainly providing clear "evidence" that he has a terrible track record.

The agreed-upon price represents a 22 percent premium to Acme Packet's closing price on theNasdaq on Friday. Oracle agreed to pay $29.25 per share in cash, representing a fully diluted equity value of $2.1 billion.

Adam indicated that he was short on August 30th when APKT  was trading at $19.33.  so the buyout wasn't CSCO but that didn't matter.  APKT got bought out for more than 50% more than the price when Adam's article was written.
