So what does that mean? Does it mean RDS is possibly in and they $100 is a minimum or no RDS but they expect the pps to appreciate for other reasons?

The analysts will not change their rating until its all done. Thats the biz. Whats important is Elk and that drilling means they will have a partner signed sealed and delivered.

No way! Some GCI in PM said that the word on the street for the last several weeks was that IOC chose Shell!!!

Pavel has stated many times he won't change his $1/mcf number used in his $102 NAV calculation until a deal is completed. Also references 5 year average in the region which is $1.20.

The low production cost increases the value of the resource and PRE has agreed on 2.65$ for Triceratops NG.

Would it surprise anyone if we get more rumors printed next week?
How about a headline in a legit publication stating:
'Shell pulls out of Gulf LNG bid sweepstakes'
Sources cite doubt in resource and others bidders are said to also be pulling out as well.
How would that effect the market? Maybe a few million shares could be covered same day. That has happened before planted articles scare the lemmings. Remember when great T02 resuts wer announced last Spring and we were met wit a massive sell-off due to false reports?
