OT: EWC gets $75 million injection of convertible debt - Palm - 05-15-2013
Standard Charter has agreed to inject $75 million into EWC to help them fund next phases of Philippine and Indon operations. Interesting thing is that one requirement is that CEO Stewart Elliot must STAY on. Nice vote of confidence for him. Stock jumped a bit today.
