Elk-3 awaits Exxon deal - Justin94360 - 06-26-2013
RE: Elk-3 awaits Exxon deal - Justin94360 - 06-26-2013 "If a deal went ahead to process gas at PNG LNG's plant, InterOil said it would require approval from other PNG LNG partners." Only thing I would add to that is "But that's XOM's problem, not ours". RE: Elk-3 awaits Exxon deal - jft310 - 06-26-2013 Would Exxon invest Billions to buy IOC NG and not have a path to LNG already figured out???Duh!!. There is no way that the other PNGLNG partners have a veto power. The only question is when do I have to have my money to Exxon to keep my ownership in this third train. OSH isn't providing the NG so IOC will get some type ownership in the the LNG plant. Think Exxon will take less ownership or will OSH take less?????Ho Ho.How long does it take to build a 3rd train??My industry expert says 2 years from start date. Oh Boy!!Whats involved in FID for a third train?? My industry expert says use the same plans for FID with a slight update. FID in 2013 for this new train he thinks. RE: Elk-3 awaits Exxon deal - Tree - 06-26-2013 "According to an industry source, InterOil, its PRL 15 partner, Pacific LNG, and key PNG government figures are interested in an Energy World Corporation-developed LNG plant in this regard." Let's first stuff gas into trains 3,4,5,6. That is, if XOM's checks don't bounce. RE: Elk-3 awaits Exxon deal - jft310 - 06-26-2013 But Tree GCA say IOC only has 6.6 T's. How can this B???????IOC doesn't have this quantity of NG Whitney T swore to me. Henry Aldorf knows more than all of them put together. Yo Henry what type NG expectations can we expect.??? Henry says start with 25 T's and then we drill some more.Ho Ho. RE: Elk-3 awaits Exxon deal - Palm - 06-26-2013 Yeah, interesting that this Industry Source provides this info. Almost sounds like fodder meant to stir Duma into another tirade. RE: Elk-3 awaits Exxon deal - jft310 - 06-26-2013 Duma checks starting bouncin from a certain PNG oil co. Hes on board now. RE: Elk-3 awaits Exxon deal - Bobby - 06-26-2013 per management, it takes 30 months. working backwords to meet timetable is ......................... right about NOW. IOC WILL have ownership in 3rd train. per questions/answers at AGM IOC wanted to drill 4 additionals wells , XOM wanted to drill 6; 6 it is. management is THRILLED with talent pool and quality of future CEO shortlist. we will be impressed . (will not be Collin); dont think this will take too long. conflicting comments heard at AGM regarding special dividend: heard drill bit would provide better incremental value to shareholders from one conversation and heard the special dividend might very well be in the cards in anothe conversation Dominos about to start falling; sell down, spudding and drilling announcements, CEO announcement, share split PR, possible announcement on TRI partnerships, inquiry about whole enchildada ............ seat belts are in order good luck to all
RE: Elk-3 awaits Exxon deal - Palm - 06-26-2013 Thanks Bobby! Another on the spot ace. Checking credentials of renegades is now in your job description. |
