This is simply a pump and dump. Up from $8 to $45 in just over two months while revenues are shrinking, the company makes a loss but penny stock pumper Lebed has been behind the rise. There is no other explanation remotely likely. It's been going on for more than two months, meaning the dump part cannot be far off. The company itself is legit, although not terribly successful. Read this one especially, but I'll be weighing in soon as well.
