Goldbaum Research = Seeking Alpha

I have very big suspicions that Goldbaum Research is one of the owners or at least a staff member of Seeking Alpha. It is the second time that my message was deleted from his article and I was warned that one more deletion will put me into a reading mode only. I have made posts to articles of many different posters on Seeking Alpha but Goldbaum Research is the only author who deleted my posts almost immediately. Here is what I wrote and then the reply from Seeking Alpha.

I would like to warn everybody that Goldbaum Research spreads false unverified information. Here is a link to the company's report proving all allegations wrong and supporting everything with scans documents http://media.corporate-ir.net/media_files/IROL/24/243152/Transcript/NQMobile%20Response%20Presentation%20IR%20v_dist.pdf. In the yesterday's article Goldbaum research made false claim that ZTE broke partnership with NQ Mobile. That article was removed from the Chinese website the author provided as a source because it was found false. I am pretty sure the author of this article will eventually face a lawsuit for defamation from the company. And Seeking Alpha website together by not providing proper control of the content. I have mailed a link to this article to the company's investor's relations department. One thing is to argue that a company is overvalued at a certain stock price but it is unacceptable to be spreading false information which may damage the company's business.

So instead of at least correcting the previous article by Goldbaum which indeed contains false information and can easily be used as a case in court (for me it qualifies as 100% defamatio) Seeking Alpha just removed my message without doing anything. Here is what they wrote to me.

As I see it I provided a proof that what he is writing is wrong with a link. I also told them to go check the link in the previous article stating there was no partnership with ZTE and it would work.

I doubt it. Anyone can write an article on Seeking Alpha. That's because the site makes money from advertisments. So the more articles they publish, the more hits they get, and the more money they make.
