We just completed our DD yesterday. 3.5 weeks, six cities, over 30 meetings with channel partners and ecosystem players across the value chain. All confirmatory of our initial conclusions, with several notable positives we had missed previously despite having done quite a bit of work. More to come on this when we get a chance to organize our thoughts. The meeting with the government (MIIT) was most enlightening.

Toro's on the ground DD with facts and photos vs MW's internet based research with speculations and words like "unlikely; seems; appears; maybe".

Yea. As it happens, I don't think I've seen such a comprehensive take-down of anything anywhere for a long time as that last Toro article did with MW:

I guess Toro will do an update next week given tomorrow is Thanksgiving. They will have the weekend to put the piece together.

There were rumors that MW would release a new report yesterday/today, so I have a feeling Toro was preparing to release a counter report today just in case - wouldn't want carson block ringing in everyone's ears over the holiday. Since that didn't happen, they're probably going to take the extra time to polish it.
Good to know they have our backs, really. This would be a much tougher road without Toro.
