What's the elephant in the room? - Palm - 12-07-2013
Dr Mike stated that they are very excited about the new prospect in PRL 15 that may be as large or larger than EA. The label "elephant" makes sense if it's bigger than an elk or antelope. But which structure is it likely? Bobcat? Raptor?

Palm- Bobcat is ppl 238 . Raptor is ppl 237 . Maybe elephant is Bighorn ??

I do not understand why they are so exited about something they are getting penies per mcf for. 1 billion if they find 11 T? Find that 11T in an area they can sell it for 1.29

The "elephant in the room" is a share price in the 50s while we debate PRL names. (Sorry, but it had to be said.) As Admin attempted on a different thread, we need analysis of valuation. Is this what IOC is worth at this point? Can we reasonably hope for rapid price appreciation once things are "better understood?"

I think that is 100 million more or 10 cents per MCF.
This apllliest to PRL15 only I think.

Crooze, the reason they are excited about $0.33 per 1Tcf is because this deal is for PRL 15. This includes everything in PRL 15 - including Tree's 12 wives. So basically with no idea if we will find more gas in this PRL Total is saying if you do, we will give you 100 mill/Tcf. This is infinitely more preferrable than selling PRL 15 finding and additional 10 T's and getting nothing for it. I am actually quite happy as 0.33 is better than the amount some companies were paid for found resources in hand.
Also, on a side note, this is a massive buying opportunity and I will be purchasing some leap options on this selloff - once the options settle down after this massive drop.
