The IPI are in at 13.65 percent now and that  agreement most understand. Two wells in E/A and 2 outside.

Civelli bought out the PNGDEV interest at 6.75 percent . I understand they are covered by the original IPI deal, interest up to 16

wells. Wells inside and outside PRL 15.

Civelli also owns a 2.5 percent of E/A he paid $25 million for years ago.

Best estimate we are dealing with 22.9 percent . All are being treated the same. All being bought out.
