The earlier scam involved the "Zero Emission Fuel Saver" ("ZEFS". the latter the AOT technology (described in the Steele article) which reduces the viscosity of crude oil, thereby making it less restrictive to pipeline transport.

With a market cap of $170M and no revenues, we would be very careful with this one, to say the least..
