FENG - Fundy_ - 04-29-2014 New Phoenix Digital Media is the content media leader of China. They currently hold the #58 most popular website in the world (ifeng.com) and the #12 most popular website in China. With this company, you're getting both a value stock and a growth stock. They have crushed the last 4 quarters estimates with a surprise of 38.46%, 70%, 166.67%, and 60% respectively, and currently have a PEG of 0.28 and a trailing P/E of 17. The estimates used on Yahoo include 6 analysts with a low target of $10.08, a high target of $17.95, and a mean target of $14.38. This puts the mean estimate at a 47% upside from the price as of writing this. RE: FENG - admin - 04-29-2014 Thanks for that, Fundy. And look who is long... It's the Toro guys. We consider Phoenix New Media (FENG, or "the Company"] to be the most unappreciated publicly traded Chinese media company and believe investors in FENG's undervalued shares will realize a 100% return over a 12-18 month period. Longer-term investors should compound further returns as multiple secular trends that benefit the Company continue to unfold over the next three to four years. RE: FENG - admin - 04-29-2014 The chart seems to have reached a critical point:

RE: FENG - Fundy_ - 04-29-2014 The stock is taking an absolute beating today, down more than 7% with no news whatsoever, and looks to be an excellent time to buy. As a full disclosure, I just bought more FENG at $9.17. The last two times it was hit this hard on no news was April 7th and 15th and it rebounded the next day in both cases. Personally, I find TA fairly useless, but just throwing that in there if any others were curious. The other pick I posted here, Micron, has also been cooling off recently after its big run for most of last week and looks to be a great time to buy. Both stocks are still at a low P/E, low PEG, have great execution, and are still extremely undervalued, with Micron probably being a better pick at this point if you had to choose one. Good luck! PS: Yea, admin, I noticed Toro was in it as well seeing as how he has pretty much the only articles about FENG on SA. At this time it doesn't seem to have much exposure at all, which may be part of what is keeping the price from being corrected to a higher level where it should be. RE: FENG - admin - 04-29-2014 Well, lots of Chinese names are selling off big time today RE: FENG - admin - 05-09-2014 Have to say, this thing looks both cheap and oversold:
It's reaching a multiple bottom level at $9 (see chart above).. RE: FENG - admin - 05-09-2014 Well, Deutsche Bank has upgraded FENG to a buy this morning.. RE: FENG - Fundy_ - 05-13-2014 FQ1 earnings reported today at $0.12, beating the consensus estimate ($0.09) by 33.3%, putting the last 5 earnings beats at 33.3%, 38.46%, 70%, 166.67%, and 60% respectively.
