And how do you figure? So the shorts had the stock capitulate today purposely to cover? Do you really subscribe to that notion over someone catching wind of another delay? I honestly don't know, but I am asking what makes you think that. This stock has turned into a nightmare, honestly that's what I think. It's a never ending crap show.. Really disconcerting.

I have been keeping track of institutional holdings on a daily basis by viewing info on Bloomberg. Group One Trading LP had 397, 067 shares as of Dec 31, 2013. Today, it is showing 955,615, an increase of 558,548 shares as of Mar 31, 2014. So there you have it.

They are running up on the deadline for reporting these also along with the 20-F.

Yes, it is frustrating, even the company knows that. But this is necessary to stop the shorts and just now Goldbaum put out another piece on NQ Live, what a joke.

I'd say Goldbaum's hit piece coming out today is a good sign. We knew we would get one before 20-F. Shorts are getting into a panic and the article didn't do any harm to the SP. We'll see fireworks in a day or two.
