An engineering friend in Singapore thinks the quickest way forward for Interoil would be to clone the PNGLNG plant.
He thinks they are working on that option. Would explain the Hession comment about them talking to the Japanese banks at this
time. Does this mean it happens thus way well no. Interesting way to advance the ball.
