RE: Speculation stuff - SamAdams - 09-24-2014 Yes, I believe something has changed in the nature of the former offer. perhaps with less than 8 weeks until the 20F filing date Bison knows thier prior offer won't get it done and they need to revise that offer or come up with something more original and attractive. All IMO. RE: Speculation stuff - BillNeuburger - 09-24-2014 I think management has confidence in their business prospects and in their business plans. Clearly the many distractions have taken a toll on them personally (I'm willing to bet). So what they may not have been into previously it stands to reason that they may be receptive to now, as long as it values the company accordingly. Otherwise, they would have taken $9.80. So that's the good thing. Also, the news article does suggest similar to what Sam said, that they are open to an alternative deal, and remain being listed. Personally, if Bison is a great partner, I'd love for them to acquire upwards of 20% in the open market between now and when they file, and join the Board of Directors, which would take those shares out of the float..
