Finally. Good to see unqualified, not that I had much doubt, but you never know....... Here's hoping the quarterly earnings reports are filed soon. Let the squeeze begin!

from the pr..."The Audit Committee was able to conclude that there was no evidence of an effort within the Company to delete any documents relevant to the Special Committee's investigation. Additional, highly specialized, forensic examination of devices where there was an indication that information might be missing as identified by the Special Committee was conducted by Control Risks Group, at the direction of DLA Piper LLP, and the examination protocol was reviewed by Stroz Friedberg. As a result of this examination, Control Risks Group and DLA Piper LLP were able to recover and review many files from the subject devices that were deleted prior to and subsequent to the publication of the Muddy Waters report but prior to the collection of data from those devices by the Special Committee. None were relevant to the fraud allegations or the Special Committee's investigation."

Mgt will now be free to update on gains made across the business segments and products, in addition to announcing previously held back quarterly reports and guidance. After all the horse trading in the near-term I'd hope the pps resumes its uptrend.

I'm particularly interested in seeing how Nation Sky and Music Radar are progressing.

Would love to see a PR that the company has started buying back shares and insiders following thru with their purchases. The grind higher has started...slow and steady wins the race.

they can't because they still have material information   Matt has stated this and I believe reported in the sludge report.  They can buy once q1-3 are reported and any other information they have been sitting on waiting for today to happen

I am very surprised to be honest that all the lies told by shorts have been shown to be false, yet the stock crashed from $11 to $9.3. In the coming weeks and months I have no doubt we will see over $20 again now with the clean 20-F, but still surprised shorts are winning the day.

I think Mountainbiker's reference to a "grind higher" is the apt outlook.  It's been a horrible market in general and for Chinese ADRs in particular and so with that as a backdrop, along with lingering suspicion and high short interest it's perhaps no wonder the 20-F announcement is receiving a muted response from the market.  I'm sure there are larger players on the sideline wating for the dust to settle and to see previously unannounced results and forward guidance before deciding whether to step in.  We could still be looking at weeks and months before the stock resumes trading on fundamentals.

There could also be some weakness associated with PWC declining to issue a consent allowing their reports on the previous two years of financial statements to be included in the current annual report, if I read the disclosure accurately. Anyway, it's looks like it'll remain a "battleground" stock until the fundamentals become too overwhelming to ignore and/or until the institutional investors return in a material way.
