FL Mobile valuation vs HK peers - harry2013 - 12-25-2014 Both the P/E and P/S valuations of comparable peers are so far from the $570m-630m valuation ascribed to NQ post-merger it look ridiculous. (Having said that, lets not forget that the $570-630m overvaluation is largely in part to compensate for TF's overvaluation. These valuations are only important in establishing the split in the ownership of the merged entity. Based on the numbers provided NQ will own 65-70% post merger which in my book is not good enough).
The listed Hong Kong gamer valuations make the $400m valuation that Bison paid up for FL in May look a bit too high. Let's remember though a lot of the Chinese mobile gaming stocks have fallen heavily this year.
RE: FL Mobile valuation vs HK peers - Banco_Central_de_Costa_Rica - 12-25-2014 Great work! Not surprising the valuations are down, but a $300 million haircut is exactly why this management has lost so much credibility. They need to Cxl this RM NOW! If one of the Gamers mentioned in your analysis wants to buy them, fine! If bison want to make a bid for the balance fine. But the RM is out of the question at this time! Keep writing to stop this, it's obvious that China management does not get the big picture on RM"S RE: FL Mobile valuation vs HK peers - BillNeuburger - 12-25-2014 I'd go so far to show them this table and ask them what they think and why it is wrong which is essentially how they should have prepared when they presented this. I HAVE NOY STOPPED EXPRESSING THE ISSUES WITH THIS DECISION! RE: FL Mobile valuation vs HK peers - admin - 12-25-2014 Yes, good work Harry, thanks! |
