Tack stock price is crashing - gaosl11 - 12-29-2014

It is 1.94 now. Maybe NQ is discussing cancel the deal so insider is dumping its stocks.

Tack stock has been droping from 2.44 to 1.94 in one week. Today's volumn is more than 1 million in just 2 hours.  Seems good sign for NQ. It adds extra pressure for NQ manager to proceed deal if Tack stock price below 1.5

Thanks for your share. One uncertainty after another uncertainty makes longs believing NQ look like idiot by shorts. So sad!

I hope everyone is doing their part to tell management to drop the Reverse Merger and buyback stock immediately and find alternatives to unlock value with FL Mobile. Regardless if this is "Tax Efficient" the company has an opportunity to transform the business and landscape. They need to control shares outstanding, the shortselling groups destroying the company's stock, and need to take their heads out of the sand when it comes to common shareholder value principles.

There is no other way, a reverse merger while there isn't any trust is by far the dumbest decision they have made. As can be reflected in the current stock price.

They need to cancel this deal, and move forward with the buyback, and cater to what institutions want. This is so damn obvious.
