Decision time for PNG - observer - 06-10-2015
Today the PNG government will decide whether or not to opt for another five percent stake in the Solwara I join venture. It is 8:36 in Port Moresby, so hopefully in a few hours we will know more.
PNG has to say yes to this lest we run into stormy weather once again.

Good to know I hadn't realized today was the day. Anyone know why there is so little volume or have a theory about it?
