What role will the PNG play in takeover?? - jft310 - 09-09-2015 Since the govt owns 10 percent of Oil Search would they offer up Interoil?? Or!!The government is cash poor needs cash would they monetize their Oil Search stake to balance the checkbook and fund Papua LNG build ??? Or would the government say it's a commercial decision and let the chips fall where they fall. Curious what others think ??? RE: What role will the PNG play in takeover?? - Getitrt2 - 09-09-2015 Didn't the government borrow the money to buy the OSH stock? They might not get any cash from it, at least initially if at all. RE: What role will the PNG play in takeover?? - jft310 - 09-09-2015 Yes the govt borrowed the money from UBS but that loan has payments .
