Calio - Spartina - 09-21-2015 Anybody have the inside scoop on this meeting today - Anybody talking with Calio post meeting with the good Dr? Tia. RE: Calio - Gator - 09-21-2015 He said InterOil was doing a roadshow the week of the 21st, that doesn't necessarily mean today, or with Calio. RE: Calio - Spartina - 09-21-2015 K Thanks Gator RE: Calio - jft310 - 09-21-2015 IR is traveling . RE: Calio - Palm - 09-21-2015 IR has been in NY since late last week prepping for roadshow. This isn't just with Calio; it's a good old fashion road show. RE: Calio - jft310 - 09-21-2015 Unusual timing a Total announcement on the 23rd of this month this week and Interoil in NYC preparing for a road show . Could be good news or further delays . Not likely pure coincidence . No slides yet . RE: Calio - Palm - 09-22-2015 Interesting tidbit. The UBS report of 9.5 Ts of GIP and 7Ts net was using the P90 estimate, not the P50 which we get paid on. P50 will be a bit higher; closer to the GLJ estimates. Nice. P50 will be a bit higher; closer to the GLJ estimates. Nice. Great observation. I have seen several comments by other posters to the effect that we get paid on "producible" gas/oil in place. Based on the definitions below, what are we getting paid on: (a) OOIP + OGIP, (b) recoverable reserves, or © estimated resources ?!? (I'm including "c" just to cover all the bases... I'm pretty sure that is not the deal!)
Original oil in place (OOIP) and original gas in place (OGIP) refer to the total volume of hydrocarbon stored in a reservoir prior to production. Reserves or recoverable reserves are the volume of hydrocarbons that can be profitably extracted from a reservoir using existing technology. Resources are reserves plus all other hydrocarbons that may eventually become producible; this includes known oil and gas deposits present that cannot be technologically or economically recovered (OOIP and OGIP) as well as other undiscovered potential reserves. RE: Calio - Palm - 09-22-2015 Per the SPA instructions to the estimators we get paid on recoverable which UBS had said was the 7Ts. However now we find out that this was the P90 number. Recoverable ought to end up much closer to the GLJ number especially after the drilling of Ant 4 and 5. Could exceed when all results are in. RE: Calio - Tusker - 09-22-2015
