Analyst on CNBC this morning stated he thought we have hit the bottom in the oil markets. Next hurdle would come in February when refineries shut down to start refining gasoline for spring and summer.  He thought there was capitulation yesterday when pricing in the benchmarks reversed. So take it for what it is worth.

Any thoughts on that? If not,that's okay.....just wondering while we wait for crude to settle down.
