More drama as Duma says he has proof of meetings and payments showing Interoil is backing Duma's opponent. Christian Vinson was implicated and denies it. IOC's communications head says its more slander(imagine that during OE week!), then tells the Post Courier, "If you are looking for a story, we'll be sending you one tomorrow."

Now what could he mean by that?!!

Actual quote needs to be corrected. He actually says, "If you are looking for a story, I'll be sending you one shortly." So what is coming "shortly"?

According to the National Duma didn't say he has proof of meetings and payments, only that
"“I am aware of the story that this company is involving in domestic politics. I have been told of the meeting and I have asked InterOil to stop immediately if it is doing that,” Minister Duma told Post-Courier yesterday when he was asked if he was aware of the allegations."

Thanks Jake. For some reason my iPhone no longer can copy articles from Post Courier while iPad and other devices are fine. Late and was trying to regurgitate the story. Not sure if others have this problem with iPhone.

The other statment in the "Story" is that Christian Vinson is now the Interoil CEO.

I guess the author either

1. Knows something that we'll find out on Friday OR
2. MADE THE WHOLE THING UP!

I suggest that Number 2 is the better explanation, eh?

Well, we know Phil has screwed everything up so badly that he deserves to be fired, so maybe the BOD finally took the long overdue action. It's about time !!! Hohohoho

We should form a SHU PNG PAC. Everyone kick in the value of one share of IOC share. We could have “Not Friends of Duma” village meetings to show off his new home on the Australia coast paid for by RDS. Roast a few pigs and chickens and get out the vote. Sounds like fun.

Set it up and it will get funded Gator. I'll gladly be a member.
