Here's what Nautilus sent to its Creditors on Tuesday, according to PwC online file of Nautilus insolvency filing:

On the creditor list that was linked from the same page, the company has pretty negligible debts other than the $19M it owes to DSMF

The Nautilus Minerals Pacific Property (Pty ... assume that's Property) Ltd, owes another $1.4M ... interestingly the biggest amount on the list is about $400K to the Dutch company that was producing the training and control system for the SPTs.  ...

Looks a lot like a US Chapter 13.

Nautilus has assets. It just doesn't have cash. God knows what the needed cash will cost.
