1)  How will that affect profits for IOC this quarter?

2)  How will that affect the governement in streamlining the approval process?

IOC hedges it's currency , don't forget the inventory they carry and all the quarterly reports reflect currency gains and losses. The real question is did Coliin bet right on the kina price direction this quarter .History shows Collin makes good hedge bets.

The govt lost its shirt with currency bets looking back and now the govt looks to IOC for how to hedge. Historically that makes sense for them to do that.
