From XOM on the cc...while exclusivity with IOC ended...negotiations are ongoing...additional LNG trains are usually robust investment opportunitites...

a real key: the xom guy was asked about train 3, not png LNG overall, not train 4.  The first words out of his mouth was we are in discussions with ioc.

I couldnt agree more IOC was also the only name mentioned for the expansion. On another question a couple minutes later XOM was asked about one of their own fields being used for Train 3 and that idea was basically shot down
