I am NQ long holder since November 2013. And I  slowly built my NQ positions since then.

I have a questions about NQ buy back and Sec rules?

Since NQ is an ADR shares, when NQ buy back shares, any SEC form need to be filed or not?

Anybody has knowledge on this? Could you please explain it?
