ChinaRock increases position again.

1,415,695 ADS at 13 Feb;

2,752,360 ADS at 2 May; &

2,810,931 ADS at 8 May.

I'm confused by China Rock's % ownership. According to its filing, there are 255 mil shares of class A out there, therefore, it's 2.8 mil ADS constitutes 5.3%

But earlier filing by other institution seemed to say that there are only 150 mil share of class A or a little of 30 mil ADS outstanding.(this # is also backed up by % of float short)

So, what is it?
