Does anybody know why NQ did not disclose the acquisions right away after the deals?

Aren't those acquisions materail information to shareholders?

Also why are the acquisitions accretive?

NQ priced the deals with its shares trading at $10. NQ said $10 was dirt cheap. So what are the multiples used for the acquisitions? Even lower multiples? How?
