I think lower permeability is inferred:

The length of the transition zone depends on the permeability of the rock - lower permeability gives longer transition zones

Not sure it's that, perhaps it's just that the new discoveries at this point, look more like Elk than Antelope, at least for now.

But this based one well, very limited info and lacking the necessary background knowledge to interpret even the limited info, so take this with a large pinch of salt.

False expectations by some is a fair statement. The 3 new analyst's have extensive details of when and how much for the stock price. Who reads them??
Example Credit Suisse -They say a new discovery can add $10 over time. They further say the Total payment in the second half of next year with $113 stock price at payment. At FID expect $159.00. At plant open $250 per share.
In order to get the Total payment we need at least 2 new wells Ant 4 and 5. These wells are shallow as compared to RBW...
Today we do not have results of ANT 4 and 5. Nor is it the second half of 2015 nor have we started FEED for FID.
The year 2015 looks terrific if you use the right expectations. And blows away Mikes sell the company for $80 talk.
Be realistic about what's required to fund a $16 Billion LNG project.
