What's changed when IOC was $106

"Again, as has been noted many times on this board, if SHU members would read through the various publicly-available documents, including the SPA, and the analyst's reports, most of these questions would not come up."

These kinds of questions will continue to come up so long as there are posters on the board who are, to use ArtM72's polite word, disingenuous.

I don't think disingenuous posters is a widespread problem here, a few at most. Not everybody reads these legal documents, or even if they do, fully understands the implications, which aren't always clear cut or easy to grasp. Add to that the price fall, which opens nerves and search for rationalizations...

Admin- the analysts reports are all posted on SHU and they take the legalese and translate into easy to understand verbage . Many have trouble with the legalese we agree on that point . But we have 6 research writing firms which explain in the Kings English what's going on . We also have the IOC slides and we have transcripts of the calls . To ignore all these sources and form your own
opinion without reading them falls into the reckless area .
To read these sources and write about them knowing you are distorting is more than reckless .
You wanted both sides of the argument but what if some have an agenda in their distortions ???
How does that help the discussion???
Clearly David either didn't read the research or deliberately distorted the research . No other possibilities . To pose as a long and whine falls into the disingenuous area .

You're right with the reports, but I was speaking in general, I don't think disingenuousness is a widespread problem here.

To hell with "disingenuous". admin, I think you need to be taking a hard look at how long this new lying distorting Daveontb basher has been on board, where he came from, any identifiable history elsewhere, and who the hell he is, IMHO.

We don't want ANY bashers trying to spread false concerns or fear and undermine the stock, much less any "widespread" number!!!
