Conference Call
#1

Would really LOVE for these guys to knock the cover off the ball, as I do believe MW acted in bad faith. Unfortunately,  I really do not think this last call will be well received. They're STILL restricted due to Fl mobile news, so no buy backs. They want to earn our trust by action and not promises or something along those lines,....so no 2015 guidance.  No further comments about Lin beyond "personal reasons not related to the company". Sorry guys, but given the previous history of management and board departures that just doesn't cut it! YOU NEED TO ADDRESS THIS! Your commitment is to shareholders not some stupid promise of privacy.  The presenter for the Fl mobile deal was incomprehensible and honestly, I just don't get this deal. Then they cutoff questions after 2.5 questions (Carson Block slipped through) even though I had a question in queue. I suspect I wasn't alone. Not bashing just to bash. Would love to hear the other side and  would love to see longs vindicated. Just not sure how these guys think their approach to shareholders is helping.

they gave into the taunts, and you could tell Omar was pissed off about him slipping through so figure others were slipping through or only wanted to take questions from people they "knew." They allowed for Carson to chew them up and spit them out over and over again.

What a sad ending to the soap opera known as NQ. I had high hopes the call last night would show that NQ mgmt understands what they need to do, and are ready to do it. Instead, we get no real guidance, a proposed selling of FL Mobile to some fly by night company that nobody has ever heard of, no buy back, no buying of shares by mgmt.

Really, call could not have gone much worse than it did.

I have been a supporter of the mgmt of NQ, was expecting this call to be the proof that they can execute and restore faith in their stock and company. Got the exact opposite. Really at a loss for the right words to describe the frustration I feel.

And by the way, the resignation of James Ding from the board is HUGE IMO. My best guess is he is disgusted with how NQ is handling business, and wants no part of it anymore.

I listened to the conference call again. At times, Omar sounds like a politician, promising to do all these great things, but his actions and the actions of NQ show nothing is being done to increase shareholder value.

Questions- Why allow people who can not be understood to explain company strategy, etc? If FL Mobile is such a great company, why 'sell' them to a totally unknown company that sells clothing to teenagers. And what do we get for this 'sale' of FL Mobile? At first, I thought cash was involved, but now it sounds like NQ gets stock in this great company (sarcasm intended). That stock is worthless. How can these guys really think what they are doing is helping NQ, or has any credibility? It is becoming embarrassing.

The stock of Tack Furi should basically reflect FL Mobile's business exclusively. So it was a way to list without the normal underwriting process that is both expensive, time consuming and naturally would be difficult given the underlying valuation of the company.
The management team are a bunch of jerkoffs though where they could have clearly come up with a better method of doing this, in that they could have:
Decided on opening the trading window, putting money where their mouth is, both management and the company
and then later do something with FL Mobile when the dust settled and they bought back substantial stock.

But alas they do not want to buyback stock, and want to take the stupid rode to God knows where.

"company that sells clothing to teenagers."

Key demographic for this software business, not us stodgy old sh*theads.

Maybe instead of a cash dividend we will get a free T-shirt!

Yeah right a cash dividend, what's the point of a cash dividend of what? 25 cents? what does that really do, it's stupid.
