I submitted the Schwab and DTC letters to the attorney . The letters are in good order . But a new problem came up for some .Interoil can require the beneficial owner submit a letter stating you are dissenting on all your shares . Or you may not selectively chose accounts and shares but if dissenting you must dissent on all your shares in all accounts . Unfortunately I relied on a US attorney for prior advice.
This firm Cassels Brock is also representing Phil with his dissent . Or if you dissent the way this law firm states you are compliant with what they recommend to Phil . They feel good about the dissent . Your call.
Its said you can change your vote after the 14th from no to yes .
