The Company does not intend to provide further updates on its strategic review until such time as management and the Board of Directors determines is appropriate. There can be no guarantee that this review will result in a transaction, or if a transaction is undertaken, as to its terms or timing
My reading on this is they are looking to sell the company. Anyone else think so.

"they are looking to sell the company." Sell to whom is the question. Selling similar problems to finding financing. "The Company does not intend to provide further updates" Please don't bother us, we can't answer your questions.

The key word above was transaction. I think that pretty much sums it up.

Anyone else think so. ***You might be right but there are a lot of options that will be considered that they will not be able to talk about, any negotiiations,on financing, merging, buyouts etc. cannot be discussed other than in generalities. I'm not surprised that they want want some room to take care of business and they are communicating with shareholders not to expect any insight into that which must be confidential. As much as we hate it as shareholders, I do get it.
