IOC has NEC endorsement for Gulf LNG.  That's huge, re-wind 15 mos. to the project termination threats which have just been removed less than a week ago.

Now we are being told, 'You have a deal, who cares?  Your deal sucks.

We will be told, 'You have partners, who cares?  Your partners suck.'

We will be told, 'you have a SD, who cares? Your SD sucks'

Notice the pattern?

The best example of this is the talk about EWC. Standad Charter backs EWC. Money is not an issue. IOC needs EWC because they require zero IOC investment except for infrastructure and EWC absorbs the cost over runs. Marriage made in Heaven. One of the largest IPI partners says train one will be EWC. Hard to see why that isn't true. With IOC things can and do change. Just like IOC has CA's don't ya think EWC would have the same??????Calling this EWC B/S ignores common sense and good financial management. Who cares what Mr Market thinks short term. Cash flow earlier drives higher stock prices sooner and thus the shorts don't like it. Hello!!  B/S alert.Will it be EWC?????????
