Rui Feng Technology officially launched mobile health platform planning

On Sep 30, 2013, NQ acquired 100% of Rui Feng Technology co., Ltd  for approximately $15million ($2.5m cash+restricted shares).  I believe Rui Feng is the third biggest child company of NQ after FL Mobile and NationSky.

Rui Feng is engaged in the development of iOS applications, offers iOS training centers and mobile health platform services. Some of their products are clound MDM, e-Learning, App Marketing System and Paperless Meetings. Recently I have been tracking this comapny on its business developments.

In last few months, this company has made good progress by signing deals with top universities in China and also became an authorized reseller of Apple hardware educational channels. Please go through the following link for company press releases.

And today, Rui Feng Technology officially launched mobile health platform planning. I remember Henry Lin(CEO of NQ Mobile) saying health care services is going to become next largest vertical of NQ Mobile. Also, he said NQ is working with West China Hospital, the world's largest single-point hospital, to develop a dedicated mobile health platform, which will be tailored initially for stroke recovery, providing [tracking] [ph] and guidance for patients and their doctors. This innovation has been designated for a national demonstration project by China's Ministry of Health.

Yesterday, Rui Feng Technology and GMGC (Global System for Mobile Gaming Alliance) signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly build hand travel personnel training delivery chain.

From the screenshots in the above article, I can say Rui Feng has state-of-the-art training facilities.

Rui Feng has signed agreements with 4 of the largest chinese universities in the last couple of months. - Chengdu University of Electronic Science and Technology, Chengdu Neusoft Institute, Sichuan Normal University and Southwest Jiaotong University.  Each of these univerities has about 20,000 to 40,000 students.

that just mean they opened 4 classroom in 4 university, and those students mainly from soceity instead of school. It's a small business but still they can make profit and get some free intern to work on their project. it's very common in China.

I understand its a small business. Strategic agreements with 4 universities in last 2 months is pretty impressive. No idea how many deals it signed before.  I believe more and more colleges and universities will sign deals with Rui Feng in future as this company is the largest iOS personnel training institution in Asia-Pacific (mentioned on their website).
