If not now, when?

Share Buyback:

- On July 21, 2014, our Board authorized a share buy-back to be done periodically on the open

market to buy up to $50 million of our common shares within the next 12 months based on the

stock price and other market factors. We redeemed and terminated 730,000 of our common

shares during the year ended December 31, 2014 for a total purchase price of $41.8 million.

They still have $8.2 million avalable to buy back shares. If they bought back at $57.26 why not now under $41?

The stock price seems now largely the function of Chandler and the oil price, at least until we get more clarity on the size of E/A. I don't think $8.2M is going to make any dent in that, to be honest..

200,000 shares might help some, to defend it on a bad day, or help get it going. I'm with Gator on that at these prices, assuming they haven't already done so since year end.
