It is 147 pages of Legalese ... but very important to all IOC Shareholders.

Thanks for that, Stavros. I never dare to venture into SEDAR, out of sheer fear I will never be able to find the exit again. It's design shortcomings are without equal, IMHO.

I remember some years back, I had to find something there and I simply couldn't, it was one of the most infuriating experiences ever online and I told them (in no uncertain terms), so perhaps they finally redesigned it. I can now retire, done my good deed, haha.
