Many thanks for that Oliver.Gump. Wells came back end of day and said they could get it done on time so I paid the money and my dissent is in.

Do not have to vote no .
Decision on results are based on votes cast ,
Each no vote needs a yes vote plus to balance out the no vote ,
You want the deal to pass to make your dissent valuable

But if the deal passes and you dissent the final drilling results for Ant 7 will not be taken into account for valuation, correct? That's assuming those results don't come until well after the vote. Is this correct?

Well, that's the unanimous conclusion of this board.  The other unanimous conclusion, beginning with but not ending with Pet, is that A-7 is likely to add little to no value to the CRP based on its location.  Will we end up with a certification like OSH's 6.43 which would value the CRP at $1.62?
