Interesting to see if anyone has any insights on this RC yesterday filed a report on SEDI that he moved his 7,288,011 shares of IOC to Orchid Capital Investments Pte Ltd from Orchid Fund Pte Linited.  Must be a good reason for this. Any ideas?
