One might have overlooked the following in the latest company PR:
Pareteum is also very pleased with the addition of its new market segment, the enterprise market, which is now composed of more than 500 Fortune 5000 customers. These customers will soon benefit from expansion beyond WiFi access services and into a full suite of cloud platform connectivity and software communications services.
These customers come from the iPass acquisition, it was iPass legacy business which was shrinking, but combined with Pareteum and Artilium they have lots of new services to sell to this segment. Could they make this into a growth business? The rate at which they attract new customers seems to suggest they have a pretty decent shot at this..

And here is another useful tidbit from the iPass acquisition from the Maxim Report...
The company’s Applications segment and the iPass acquisition opened up a new customer vertical for enterprise. Organizations can use iPass’ offerings to manage their employees’ mobile phones and provide data analytics. The company’s offerings would be attractive to any corporation whose employees use company provided mobile phones that need to be managed effectively.
You see, combined they have usefull stuff to sell to these iPass enterprise customers..

These are nice little tidbits, admin. I assume these are examples of what management described as revenue synergies from the acquisition..
If they can revive iPass enterprise business, that really is quite big, they have less than 100 customers at the moment, signing up a part of iPass enterprise customers could give a meaningful jolt to backlog, which turns into revenue..

Pareteum Q4 and 2018 earnings on March 12, the last couple of years these were at the end of March
Now read this:
A new study confirms what in hindsight may seem obvious: when a company moves its earnings announcement forward, that usually means good news. And when a company delays announcing earnings, it's usually bad. The expansive study of 4,000 companies and their earnings announcements was made over eight years by MIT Sloan School of Management professor Eric So. He concludes that investors can profit from the earnings season by identifying which companies have shifted their scheduled dates. The data shows that when firms move their announcements forward, they'll usually report better-than-expected earnings. Likewise, the firms that push back their earnings dates tend to report earnings below forecasts.

Yes there were always going to be revenue synergies as well but what I think is really important is that they have a much more comprehensive platform and a whole set of new customers, those enterprise customers from iPass to sell stuff to.

Well, over an hour to go and already 3M shares traded, almost 3x the average and another jump in the share price...
Volume has been very high throughout this rally, a very positive sign.
