What does multiples of share value represent
#1

I know in the past the quote was made the top bids were multiples of the share value.  I also know this statement was in the presentation given at the AGM back on 6/15/2012.  So I went back to the closing on that date and found the share price was 60.86.  So quoting from the presentation:

"Upper range is multiple times higher than the current valuation"

And since this time we have a stable government and another well drilled to confirm the resource, what is the size of the multiplier.

I would hope it is at least 3, and this is just for E/A.
