The MM will clean out the stops before taking the stock higher. With premium at these levels one should sell that premium not buy that premium. Sell puts collect their money.

Even if bidders were pre-approved by PNG gov I would still expect the following serial events.

1. Winning bidder(s) are selected by BOD.

2. The winning bidder(s) are presented to PNG (hopefully directly to O'Neill and Duma). I would hope and assume that the NEC does not need to be in this loop.

3. Once approved by PNG gov, IOC drafts PR release. They also must work with new partner(s) on their releases. This will likely be joint PR releases.

4. Coordinate with IOC and partners for appropriate announce date. This would come ASAP for fear of leaks IMO.

I still say we are a few weeks away, maybe even looking into April.
