My guess is we close in June and its announced before then. The 40-F states partner selection in March. But with IOC we need to pad that we can agree.

JFT just to clarify for everyone that reads this. Your saying deal is announced btw now and say mid April but it's not "funded" and officially on the books for another several months??

The Japanese trip agenda is unknown.
Using naked out of the money calls can't be the way to go.Selling a few puts deep in the money seems prudent. We wait.
I like what the 40-F states partner selection in March. I think they have their partner but want all the ducks lined up before announcing.The 40-F does not say they announce their partner in March just that they expect to select that partner in March. I guess they have done that selected a partner and this Japanese trip has something to do with that. These are MY guesses cause they are not talking.
