So let's say they put in a 34" pipe with 1" wall thickness which is plenty for 750 psi working pressure. Nah, use 1.5" for corrosion allowance. Assuming there are enough big compressors on the line, at 750 psi, 90 fps the 34" would pass 15.4 mtpa.

Lots of assumptions here, but I would say XOM's pipeline seems sized to be ultimately able handle 4 units. I would though be more than happy to hear something more authoritative. As I said, quite a few assumptions.
