Suspicious Mind

Just a diversion for entertainment's sake...

A suspicious mind could possibly see some conspiracy if they looked hard at this months events.

1.  The polar opposite change in wording, tone, and content to PR releases that literally seem like either an amateur wrote them OR someone whose agenda is to HURT the stock.

2.  Carrying that thought forward and considering that someone(s) bought options amounting to 10.5MM @ 6 and 6.5MM shares @ 8 like three weeks ago when the stock was at 14!!!

3.  What about the complete blackout of positive news basically lately?  I was assuming they were sitting on it till it might do more good.  However just compare this dearth of "deal" news etc to what it was like 4-6 months ago when every 2-3 days we got more good news about a huge partner.

Of course this is all idle conjecture but I imagine many here could add to this list easily too lol.  And one final note, before anyone tries to point out to me that all those options are about to expire worthless, let me just say we don't know what strategy  the big buyers (or sellers) were using or if they haven't sold some yesterday etc etc.  Also I doubt ANYONE saw volume north of 23MM shares today...obviously the short term traders have ahold of it.

Well, they didn't know the full results of the investigation until recently, or so it seems like that phase is done, now it's with PWC. So naturally now that they know that info and it is material, they likely can't talk about anything other than that one liner about needing more time. Which totally sucks for long shareholders, but it makes sense.

That being said, I think there's plenty of nefarious activity happening with the stock and where it goes. PWC not signing off in time, totally handicapped the company given the material info they have. Which again explains why they came out with the most pathetic of press releases yesterday, likely all due to the regulations surrounding this entire fiasco..
