3:00 PMExecutive Interview: Hear how InterOil and Worley Parsons are collaborating and enabling PNG to access their stranded reserves

PNG is set to receive a major revenue windfall in 2014 when the ExxonMobil-led $19 Billion PNG LNG project starts up and InterOil’s Gulf LNG and Floating LNG projects progress. The Floating LNG vessel will integrate with and augment the land-based modules of the Gulf LNG project. ExxonMobil has entered exclusive negotiations with InterOil to invest in the latter’s natural gas assets in PNG, a move that could cement the country’s position as a new significant energy exporter. In this interview Phil will provide insights into InterOil’s strategies and:

Update on whether Elk and Antelope fields will support an expansion of the PNG LNG project to incorporate floating facilities or a new gas-export facility

His thoughts on the commerciality of projects, the progress of the Floating LNG facility concept and technological adaptability for PNG’s stranded reserves

The market opportunities that lower PNG shipping costs present for operators servicing nearby Asian growth markets

Facts:
ennerOle is selling minimally 4.6T of gas to XOM
XOM will pay for at least 4 more delineation wells in E/A PRL 15.
Those wells will determine XOM's %stake in PRL15
ennerOle has 'optionality' to proceed with Gulf LNG -or- proceed with additional development with XOM
Gulf LNG with EWC/FLEX has been FID ready since Dec. 2011
OTers for Gulf LNG are in place.
OTers = project financing

Everything in the stock market and valuations thereto are based off future cash flows. The highest cash flows were from EWC and FLEX but they also had the greatest risk. Or one would have to use the highest discount rate with EWC and FLEX. With the nameplate Exxon and their associated financial strength does that get partially offset with EWC/FLEX??Both FLEX and EWC are FID ready with the highest possible cash flows. Highest possible cash flows when opened and operating yields the highest possible stock price.
