PNG LNG Gas Agreement

All conceivable contingencies are defined in these large agreements protecting billions in investments for decades betweens Gov'ts, investors and operator.  In time, all involved will likely be dead while the project will still be producing.  Maybe it just does take time even after the 'Major Terms' have been agreed upon.

Of note are the fields included in the Gas Agrement.  P'Nyang is not in Gas Agreement.  PNG LNG agreement fields cannot today underpin an expansion.    XOM needs to buy/partner for feed.
